Apr 18, 2012Query ASM Statistics
I'd like to be able to query the ASM statistics located in the Overview panel. Specifically things like the Requests/sec, TPS, and Throughput. Is there a way to send this via SNMP or syslog, or just query it manually so I can capture it in Splunk?

That looks great, and I can get a lot of information from there. I'm not seeing any ASM specific MIBs though, are there any? The only MIBs I'm seeing are these:
F5-BIGIP-APM-MIB
F5-BIGIP-COMMON-MIB
F5-BIGIP-GLOBAL-MIB
F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB
F5-BIGIP-SYSTEM-MIB - nathe

AFAIK there are no specific ASM MIB files - the MIBs above contain ASM events, however, e.g. the Common MIB has "bigipAsmRequestViolation"
The MIBs you mention are the ones you want to work with.
