Having same problem too. Running 11.4.1 Looks like Web App Report.xml stays empty; however, WAS Results Scan.xml seems to work ok, but this is a per URL scan file. Import seems pretty useless if we can only import a per URL scan to help create a new policy? Is there a way to at least import multiple XML scan files when setting up a policy?
