pz save me...... Never and Add all Entities options in ASM

 

is This image Policy Building Settings. i really don't understand the Comment of Never option

 

this sentence, [When false positives occur the system will suggest to relax the settings of the wildcard File Type.]

 

How to work wildcard? and the relax is what is mean?? and This sentence is Add all Entities option [Choose this option if you would like to create a comprehensive whitelist policy that includes all of the website File Types that match this wildcard.] same question.. :(
