Pure Proxy

I am reading post referring to a "Pure Proxy". Can the BigIP be configured as a "Pure Proxy"? Can I create a rule that will keep a browser's url the same but display content from a different source? ie www.help.com will display content from ww3.help.com? Hope this isn't a stupid question.
