Publish iControl application

Hi, It's not a code share. It's application I've been working on for a very long time. It's a GUI interface for tcpdump on the F5. It enables you to execute tcpdump from the GUI and open the file on your local PC without the need of third party software like winscp, I believe you'll find it very handy. I want to publish it here for free. Where is the best way to publish it?
