ProxyPass iRule, Version 10.9

After upgrading from 10.2.2 to 10.2.4 HF7, I am seeing following error message in the log:

 

info tmm[4987]: Rule ProxyPass : VS=VSname, Host=www.abc.com, URI=/services/submissionservice.svc/submit: Error disabling stream filter (). If you enable static::RewriteResponsePayload, then you should add a stream profile to the VIP. Else, set static::RewriteResponsePayload to 0 in this iRule

 

Any ideas on why the stream filter is not being disabled. I have verified that set static::RewriteResponsePayload is set to 0.
