Hi,
i want to know the exact ciphers supported by proxy ssl feature for my big-ip LTM version 11.6.1

It's going to be this list

Minus anything that starts with
- DHE
- ECDH
- ECDHE* ADH
In other words, ProxySSL only supports RSA-based ciphers.

So from that this list you can derive the "supported" ProxySSL ciphers:
- AES256-GCM-SHA384
- AES256-SHA256
- AES256-SHA
- DES-CBC3-SHA
- AES128-GCM-SHA256
- AES128-SHA256
- AES128-SHA
- RC4-SHA
- DES-CBC-SHA
