Provisioning Resources on one of the appliance in HA cluster

Hi,

 

We have F5 2000 (v11.5) running in HA (Active/Standby) cluster. There is a mismatch in the resource provisioning between the 2 units. The active unit has ASM module enabled whereas standby unit doesn't.

 

What the procedure to activate the same on the standby unit?

    You may want to open a case to confirm with F5 but I think just provisioning the resource and rebooting the standby unit should suffice.

    Just provision the 2d module as usual and sync the boxes.

    Hi.!! I think you dont need to reboot the standby unit, because it adjust the provisioning settings with the new one. It goes out for some seconds.

     

    I need to add a third one unit to my cluster. The cluster is configure with AAM as Dedicated. I want to add the third one, and enable AVR too. I'm not clear about the correct order to do this.
