Problems with running LTM VE on Openstack

i downloaded the KVM version 11.3 LTM VE. it boots up ok in openstack but that's about it. GUI is down. can't run any show command. says "Cannot connect to mcpd". Also i keep getting "emerg logger - ...

I believe that F5 will be patching this in the very near future. An alternative approach to modifying the compute node identifier, you can make a change to the /PLATFORM file on the F5 instance as outlined here: http://blog.routedlogic.net/?p=396
