Problems with AJP

Hello Team,

We are constantly suffering the next errors: 1)

`[error] proxy: AJP: failed to make connection to backend: localhost
[error] (111)Connection refused: proxy: AJP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8009 (*) failed
[error] proxy: AJP: failed to make connection to backend: localhost
[error] (111)Connection refused: proxy: AJP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8009 (*) failed`

and:

2)

`[error] (120006)APR does not understand this error code: proxy: dialog to (null) (*) failed
[error] ajp_read_header: ajp_ilink_receive failed`

About the first error. I have seen the known issue "ID 467089" on the "K36524330".

For this issue, is necessary restart the tomcat process: "tmsh restart /sys service tomcat"

But, Why does it happen?. Do you know how to fix it so it won't reproduce again?

About the second error, I haven't found the cause. Is it related to the first error?
