Problem on SOA BAM

I don't know if anyone has SOA BAM going through the F5. But when you login to the SOA BAM oracleBAM page you get your sub-categories when you click on one it should take you directly to the page but it takes you back to the log in page when opening up a new page (on a new window). i tried persistence then i break the whole connection. Please be awear this is on V11 and in IE caues this site only works in IE
