problem in certificate in win xp

hello , the customer has two cas sever and the F5 load balancing them , the certificate was axpired so he install another valid certificate , the issue : all OSs working fine with the new certificate but machines which it's os is Xp have certificate error

 

please , is there any solution to solve that issue ? is there any problem if i install the certificate manually or via active directory ?
