Proactive Bot Defense classifies the Chrome browser as a Suspicious Browser

I´ve some issues with the ASM bot defense function. We are using the ASM on our Internet-facing vs and some of our users are getting a CAPTCHA challenge. If they are using the Chrome browser they get a CAPTCHA challenge and the log message in the asm module says this "Selenium Detect, Flash Not Supported" All other browsers don´t get a CAPTCHA challenge. If I look at the DoS signature page Security ›› DoS Protection : Signatures, there are no signatures at all. Maybe the Dos signatures haven´t been downloaded correctly?

 

Running 13.1.1 on the box.

    Please update your signatures (ASU) and see if this corrects the issue.

    I found the issue, I just removed the specific profile and created it again.

    Problem resolved by removing and re-creating profile.
