Prioritize Traffic of a Virtual Server

Hi,

 

I have multiple virtual servers defined on the BigIP. However, I would like to give the highest priority to the traffic going in and coming out a particular virtual server. In the event of network congestion, I would like the traffic to be forwarded first over the other traffic. Can this be done on BigIP?

    Hi

     

    We can set priority groups in a particular pool for forwarding requesting all the requests to them until they are all available or as long as the condition is matched for priority group activation.

     

    I am not sure if you can actually prioritize a particular VIP. I know you can assign resources to various modules in a Big IP system based on the number of modules you have ( Here am speaking about LTM, GTM, APM, ASM and other products)

     

    Are you facing capacity issues and need one VIP to get higher priority than others so that it doesn't see any drops even during congestion?
