We would like to know if there is any feasibility to check the previous/historical SNAT translations on F5 LTM.
Is there any possibility to check in logs and capture the translations to any destination.

LTM logs does not have SNAT info as such. You are better off checking FW logs (if any in path) for historical logs or pool member historical logs.
Mark_CuroleIf this is for an HTTP application, you should configure it to send an X-Forwarded-For header (using the http profile or an iRule) then configure your logging to log this address. For other protocols you would need to do a custom rule to log it off.
