Pre-logon Antivirus check with x64

I'm currently running the following:

 

 

FirePass Version FirePass 6.0.2

 

FirePass Build URM-6.02-20071001

 

FirePass Hot-Fixes HF-602-2

 

 

I am unable to get the ActiveX control to recognize any Symantec X64 install of SAVCE 10.2 or SEP 11.0

 

 

It seems to recognize the x32 counterpart but gets hungup every time on the x64. Any ideas? maybe a hotfix?

 

 

here is the logged failure:

 

Antivirus: WmiAV, Engine Ver: , Monitor: enabled, Def_time: undefined, Last scan: undefined

    i am having the same issue did you ever get this resolved?

     

    However i have HF5 installed

     

    However this is only happening for a handful of users all others are fine.

     

    Antivirus: WmiAV, Engine : , disabled, DBAge: unknown, LastScan: undefined
