Power Supply "not-present"

Hi, a while ago I found out one of the power supplies is not present on BIG-IP 4200 (running 12.1.4) I've had the PS replaced, I even got a photo of a brand new one in slot 1 with two shiny green ...

Indeed, maybe a reboot will help ! to find information about Power Supply check the /var/log/ltm file.
