Oct 07, 2018Have you checked that ASM is now running and all policies are correctly configured?
If not, try restoring a UCS file taken prior to your upgrade attempt to see if it succeeds.
This error message can occur when the post-upgrade ucs load is interrupted. A subsequent attempt at loading the ucs should succeed.
If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a ticket with F5 Support for further investigation.
