anyone know hot to perform a curl from inside an irule to call external api?
I don't care to get the answer back or log.
I have to just curl-H "something" -d '{something}' http://...

You can use sideband connections within an irule (https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iRules.SIDEBAND.ashx). It's really ugly but it does the trick.
You have also the option to write an iruleLX (Javascript) and find your way easily.
