Pool in partition /Common - pool members in partition /MyPartition

In my experience, you can have /Common resources in /MyPartition resources, but not vice-versa. For example, if I have a Pool in /MyPartition, I can have pool members from /Common. I cannot have a pool in /Common and use pool members from /MyPartition.

I don't know that for 100% certain... but in my experience, that has been the case.
