Pool association with-in iRules
In version 4.5 we had a method query_pool_associations that would return what pools are associated with a given rule. Is there a similar method for BIG-IP LTM v9?

In v9.x, rules are now an attribute of a Virtual Server, not a pool.
But, pools can be referenced from within Rules, so if you wanted to find out what pools are used within a rule, you could do so with some content searching within the rule text.
Luckily you don't have to start from scratch on this. I posted a sample into CodeShare a while back that does just that. Look for the "[perl - 9.x] Show Pool to Rule Relationship" sample in the iControl section of CodeShare (Click here)
