Could you rephrase your question? I am not sure what you are asking.

Application Security --> Policy Building --> Status (Automatic) Real Traffic Policy Builder is Enabled Note: Policy is in Transparent Mode. Now I want to change the mode from Transparent to Blocking. What will be the status of Real Traffic Policy Builder? (Enabled or Disabled) Please explain

Refer to this link - Policy Builder and Enforcement mode are not connected to each other - you can run Policy Builder AND block bad traffic at the same time.

How can we disable the Real Traffic Builder? Manual Learning is auto enabled or do we need to perform some changes? The things which are in enforcement readiness are come from Manual Learning or Real Traffic builder. - MSZ

Can you share some document to understand the creation of new policy with different options? Thanks - Tzoori_Tamam_95Historic F5 AccountTry the ASM operations guide - it should give you a good place to start. https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_asm/manuals/product/f5-asm-operations-guide.html
