Policy Builder and stable status

Hi all,

 

Does someone know how the Policy Builder works regarding the general progress and the stable state? I'm playing with it trying to understand the general behaviour but I never see the general progress bar moving.

 

I understand that untill I'm not in stable state I match the Accept as legitimate parameters. I also understand the Tighten state which makes automatic enforcement on my policy.

 

But the general progress is a mystery and nothing seems to be documented in the admin guides, ask.f5.com, or devcentral.

 

A hint would be really much appreciated.
