Png Compression Problem
We have 2200s and apply h/w compression for one of our virtual servers. The content contains png files, so we met all of the conditions written in http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/000/sol15034.html link (we have the same error messages in our ltm log file). I also uploaded and checked our qkview file on ihealth and it gives H450131 heruistic. So we decided to apply the workaround described here. However when I typed "modify /sys db quickassist.compression.buffsize_multiplier value 300" command in tmsh mode, I received the following error. What can be the problem?
01020036:3: The requested BIGdb variable (quickassist.compression.buffsize_multiplier) was not found.
We are using BIG-IP version 11.4.1 HF3.

To obtain an engineering hotfix for this issue, contact F5 Support. To modify the quickassist.compression.buffsize_multiplier database variable, perform the following procedure...
