As i have recently upgrade to 11.2.0 from 10.2.1 now i'm looking upgrade it with 11.5.3. As i have in HA pair
so is it possible to upgrade first passive and then active or is there any better optio...

NimbostratusThere's a recent SOL on 11.5.3 HF2 - https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/k/06/sol06223540.html. You may want to go to 11.5.4 HF1 depending on what F5 recommends.
