PingAccess Integration with APM

Hey there - I'm trying to setup this PingAccess integration with APM and followed this documentation: https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/apm-third-party-integration-13-1-0/10.html

If I don't apply the PingAccess profile to the Virtual server I'm able to access the backend application however, as soon as I apply the Ping Access profile to the virtual server and try to access the Virtual server I get a connection reset page and I'm not able to access the backend application anymore.

Any ideas?
