Persistence with Local Traffic Policy

Hi team, we have a VS with a Local Traffic Policy with two rules, that forwards traffic to differents pools (with differents pool members) according the URIs. As an instance, http://www/pool1/ will forward to pool1, and http://www/pool2/ to pool2.

Will a Cookie Persistence Profile work on this scenario? Will it persist the assigned pool member for requests to URI /pool1, and pool member associated to /pool2?
