Persist dynamic URI Query

I have a webservices application, we are not generating JSessionID's, so I can't create a dynamic persistence table based on JSession information without requesting a feature addition to the code base...

Because even with insert cookie persistance when a node goes offline, the client still persists to it, until they clear the cookie from their browser. We have a timeout set for 30 minutes.
