PEM signatures update

I noticed the following :

 tailf /var/log/wr_urldbd.out
GetRtuUpdate() failed nDownloadRtuUpdate() call with error 1
pInitializeSsl: certificate file: /etc/wr_urldbd/thawteCA.pem
failed connect to dnfaxo4v1uknq.cloudfront.net on 443, err = -1
BcCloudfrontDownload: Failed connect to database.brightcloud.com on 443
GetRtuUpdate() failed nDownloadRtuUpdate() call with error 1
