If I move inheritance on a parent policy to mandatory for attack signatures, shouldn't they be inherited by an associated child policy in staging?

AltostratusJust trying to figure out what state the attack signatures will be inherited, staging or enforced. I do have the signature staging check box enabled in learning and blocking settings and that setting was inherited.
