ova did not pass the OVF Error in VM WS11/Win7

VM Ware Workstation 11. Win 7 16GB RAM i3 1TB SSD

 

When following the instructions for the F5 Virtual Environment vLab Setup Guide v 13.0.A, I get the following error

 

The import failed because BIGIP_12.xxx-scsi.ova did not pass the OVF spec. conformance or virt. h.w. compliance checks.

 

Tried redownloading. MD5 seems ok Just wondering what to do next please?
