Hi Dirken, I'm sorry to hear that the APM training wasn't helpful. Have you seen the Exchange CAS deployment guide here:

The Exchange v1.3 iApp available on downloads.f5.com should get you most, if not all, of the way there for deploying APM with Outlook Anywhere using Basic or NTLM client-side authentication. Which version of BIG-IP are you running?
