our vulnerability scanner reported an issue with FTP VIP as below, not sure what exactly it is. can some one elaborate on below. Thanks !

Presumably it is saying that the FTP service is allowing unencrypted credentials to be used for the FTP service. That's what FTP does - it is insecure. Either bin FTP and replace it with SFTP or accept the risk.
