Let's just say the MAC and java settings leave much to be desired. I would highly recommend that you direct users to download the Microsoft RDP client for MAC, it beats rdesktop in terms of speed and performance. After they download the client you can kick off an application tunnel that launches the microsoft RDP client. The Java/MAC combination on the Firepass is not enterprise ready.
