Oracle Version supported by big-ip LTM version 12.1.2

I have configuring oracle health monitor with connection string but still can't reach the instance, the oracle version is 9.2.0.8.0. Whether oracle version 9 is supported by big-ip ltm version 12.1....

not a database guy but oracle 9 seems to be quite old. still i see threads from 7 years ago about the oracle health monitor so it has been working for a while

 

did you check if the traffic arrives at the oracle server?

 

would another health monitor like icmp or tcp not be enough ?
