Oracle forms error on

Guys I just upgraded to 12.1 hF2 over the weekend and now I'm getting reports of people getting errors to the effect of the request was sent to the wrong application server (not the one that created the session.) This is on oracle forms servers. Anyone see this before and how to fix it? Thanks Joe
