Yes, you must have oneconnect enabled on the server, check https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K7208.
For Apache configuration, you must include the directive to enable keepalives in your global configuration files or your vhost config file, check https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/en/mod/core.htmlkeepalive
