OfficeOnlineServer with Exchange2016 not working on LTM V11.4

I set up office online server 2016 using the iapps for office web apps 2013 template v0.1.2. Everything is working as expected with on little annoyance. Whenever I open a doc in OWA going through the VIP (https://webmail.domain.com) to the exchange2016 pool of servers the document is not saved when modified and sent. If I connect to OWA by directly going to one of my exchange servers by name (https://hostname.domain.com/owa) the document is edited, saved and sent without problem.

 

OWA is fine either way, mail flows as expected.

 

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

    Found the problem and the solution. The iapp for exchange2016 that was causing the problem. As soon as we created a new virtual server for owa and stopped using the iapp service for owa everything started working as expected.
