I'm running OCS 2007 R2 with 2 front end servers load balanced with an F5. When I open a conversation with more than 2 participants, no matter who types a message, it appears to everybody as if it came from the conversation leader.
If I point all 3 clients to 1 specific OCS server, it works fine. Any ideas?

Have you had a look at our deployment guide? http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/f5-ocs-r2-dg.pdf
To flesh out what's going on--are the participants all internal, all external, or a mix? And is this a consistently reproducible issue?

I have looked at the guide, but i wasn't the person that configured the F5 for it. As far as the issue, we're using OCS just internally, no external connectivity to it at all. And it is consistently reproducible.
Thanks. - jnett_44927

If i connect directly to the OCS server, the group chat works as it should. the issue only occurs when going through the F5.
I do have a ticket open with MS, and they determined that something in the F5 is causing the issue. - Helen_Johnson_1Historic F5 Accountokay.
I'd definitely call our support dept then, and see if they can help.
