ntp file update problem

I'm seeing this message in a few pairs of 6400 LTMs running 9.3.1. In /var/log/messages, I get this:       Aug 8 16:06:33 bigip2 SubDomain: REJECTING w access to /etc/ntp.drift.TEMP ...

I just added a line to the appropriate subdomain file, and it looks like that took care of it. Thanks hoolio.
