NTP works well with a hierarchy of time servers to it may be worth adding a higher stratum NTP server to both devices and ensure they are syncronised like that.
Are you certain that the BIG-IP is synchronising to the AD server? You can check that with ntpq -p.

the BIG-IP isn't synchronising to the AD server even if the AD server is declared as NTP server on the BIG-IP my question is how to configure the ntp on the BIG-IP ?
thank you for your help.

no, that should be all you need.
have you tried ntpq -np as Pete suggested?

thank you for your answers but I want to know if the synchronization between the AD server and BIGIP is periodic (uses a time interval)
thank you for your help.

i remember interval is managed by ntpd (bigip does not control it) and it is not static interval (it is automatically adjusted by ntpd).
