AltostratusNTLM ECA Profile: Create computer in specific OU
Is this possible? I need to create the machine with a specific user account and in a specific OU in AD.

The NTLM account must be a machine account and not a user account.
You can't create it in another OU than OU=COMPUTER, but you can move it after creation to the expected OU.
after this move, the NTLM auth won't work until you restart ECA service with :
bigstart restart eca
