Do you have NTP servers configured on both devices?
"Acceptable time difference: 600 seconds" - check the time on each device with the 'date' command

either to configure local ntp server or to use public one, 20% of sync issues for most of devices because of time sync

Karan12,
Take a look at this thread, they were experiencing the same thing. Some of the steps they listed including validating port lockdown settings. For them they had to use the 'full_box_reboot' to get it going again.

did you do software upgrade recently? or is that the first time to sync (initial-sync)?

Try re-establishing the trust between the two devices, but before you do that make sure to force one of them offline or both devices will become active and try to process traffic.

try to go through the below 1- check network config on both (vlan, ip,...) 2- software version & HF should be same 3- break the trust 4- delete trust group 5- re-establish new trust
