Not able to ping node (host) inside Virtual f5

Hi,   I am trying to implement a virtual f5 appliance, I have three vlans manangement vlan 101, outside vlan 916 and inside vlan 816. the interfaces are assigned as 916 as 1.1 (outside interface) ...

Node address are 10.136.0.5 and are not routable through a public net? Please post details, drawings help. :0)
