Not able to login F5 via ssh, but able to access through console only

Hi All,

 

I am able to login to one of the test F5 devcie(BIG-IP) through Console, but not able to access the same device via ssh. Kindly note, I have restarted the sshd service, eventhough i am not able to login. How to proceed further..

    Hello, are you trying to connect to the management IP? Are you able to ping it? Are you on the same subnet as the management IP?

    Hello Senthil,

     

    Did you check trough GUI that you allowed SSH Access from your workstation/IP?

     

    In Gui go to System, Platform then check that "SSH IP Allow" is set to all Addresses or your range IP. In all case let to All Addresses for the test... Regards
