Not able to Learn ASM signature

Hi,

 

ASM is blocking one request from a client applicaiton, signature hitting is - "request from a non-browser client". I want to learn this signature but the option for learning is greyed out. One of the reason could be that this signature is already learnt but i want to know how it got blocked in this case and how can i learn it again.

    In you Policy Blocking Settings, click on Edit Settings against the Attack Signature Detected violation. On the next screen is Learn enabled here? You can't Learn an individual signature but you can Learn all signatures.

     

    I take it you see nothing in the Traffic Learning section?

     

    Sounds like you just need to disable this signature though as I don't imagine you can disble this on a file type/parameter so it would have to be policy wide.
