Nodes in active-standby configuration

Need help in the below issue which i am facing.

 

 

I have a Virtual server : 192.168.17.6 and two servers for in the pool. 192.168.17.23 and 192.168.17.24. I want to configure active standby configuration for these nodes.

 

ie when node-1 (192.168.17.23 ) goes down, node-2 (192.168.17.24) should take over the traffic and serve. Also when node-1 is back up, i want to control the preempt - node-1 should notautomatically coming back to active mode.I need to control when node-1 should come back online (it should be only during off hours).
