node will not take traffic when added back into pool

I have a pool of 3 nodes and I had to take it down. Well I took my last node out and placeed it back in the pool and then re-enabled the pool. Now my third node will not take traffic?

 

 

ver BIG-IP 9.3.0 Build 178.5

    i stated that incorrectly; there are more than two clients requesting. There are only 2 servers responding.

    I'm not too sure what would cause this. Can you post the anonymized VIP and pool definitions as explained above?
