No SNAT statistics

Hi,     Our LTMs aren't showing any SNAT or SNAT translation stats in the GUI. Any ideas why?     Thanks

All our virtual servers are configured with SNAT automap which we have to use because the web servers default gateway isn't the F5 LTM.

 

 

i've ran the command and it says no SNAT translations were found. Very strange as I can see connections on the virtual servers.
