Hi , i have configured an LB setup . VIP listening on 9443 and pool members also on same port . VIP and POOL are up . However i dont see output bits on the statistics . Traffic group is also OK . I can howvere see one thing that health monitor is TCP and when i run tcpdump on egreess for any pool member i see F5 is sending reset

quite some information but too little detail to exactly point to the cause. share some configuration, the output form that tcpdump, network diagram, ...
also do you just don't see output statistics but does it work, or doesn't it work?
as a gamble you can try to enable source address translation, set to Automap.
